Follow-up inspection was conducted:
- 200ppm bleach solutions were available in buckets and sprays. Keep cloths in the bucket of bleach when they are not actively being used to wipe surfaces. The bleach will kill any pathogens (germs) present on the cloths and prevent growth of pathogens.
- Meat slicer was cleaned. Ensure that the slicer is cleaned everywhere (e.g. behind blade guard, handles, etc.) after each use. Use sanitizer after cleaning with soap and water.
- Chemicals were labelled (in Chinese)
- Kitchen door has a piece of fabric hanging down. This will not prevent pests from entering as well as a screen door would.
