- Faucet at hot water tank has been repaired
- Hot water at faucet measured to be at 57 degrees Celsius

NOTE: The next time a plumbing issue is noticed INFORM BOTH MANAGER AND OWNER - small items can turn into large problems or HEALTH HAZARDS very quickly!! Faucet has been leaking and affecting hot water availability for undetermined amount of time. DO NOT repeat this action.
