Routine inspection conducted today (operator was not operating at the time of inspection) -

- No change in menu items that were not known to the area Health Inspector. Delivery and take-out only at this time.
- Operating 40 hours/ month.
- Dry ingredients and utensils are stored in pest proof containers. Reminder for utensils that are not stored in containers, please run them through the dish machine prior to using at the start of every shift.
- Upright cooler unit (assigned shelves 61 and 62) - temperature was noted at 4C.
- No freezer unit required.
- Reminder to check the final rinse temperature gauge when using the high temperature dish machine - must reach 180F at the gauge during the rinse cycle.
- Reminder to use an approved food-grade sanitizer on the prep table and to check for the concentration prior to start of shift and during food preparation.
- FoodSafe certificate verified for operator (expires Nov 25, 2025).
