Corrective Action(s): Spray bottle was labeled during inspection. Ensure all cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, and similar products, are properly labeled to identify the contents and to help prevent accidental misuse.

Routine health inspection conducted.
- Cooler units (including upstairs kitchen cooler) at 4 degrees C or less.
- Freezers at -18 degrees C or less.
- No hot holding.
- Thermometers available for cooler units. Probe thermometer on site for internal food temperature checks.
- Kitchen hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Food is protected from potential contamination at time of inspection.
- Per staff, same day food preparation only. No leftovers.
- Utensils and equipment in clean condition.
- Domestic dishwasher with sanitizing setting (NSF-certified) is available. Dishwasher is used once per day.
- Bleach water sanitizer is available at 200 ppm chlorine in a spray bottle located in the kitchen.
- No signs of pest activity observed during inspection.
- FOODSAFE requirements met. Certificate was checked for one staff member on site (valid until August 17, 2024).
Discussed: 1. Temperature logs not maintained. Temperature logs are to be maintained--template log sheet provided.
2. Minor cleaning needed in a few hard-to-reach areas (e.g. behind small chest freezer). Ensure areas are cleaned regularly. To be checked at next inspection.
