On Follow-Up: Sewer odor is much less. Mice droppings have been cleaned up. Reviewed pest control report from April 10th. Ensure all recommendations are being followed. Hand sink in the BOH has been fixed and is operational. Hot water tap at the 3-compartment sink has been fixed. Staff on duty has FS level 1 or equivalent certification. Temperature log's being maintained Olives are being stored in a food grade container Rice/bean spoons are being stored in a clean, empty container Sanitizer in the spray bottle is at 100ppm. Chlorine test strips have been purchased. USE TEST STRIPS TO MONITOR SANITIZER LEVELS. *report reviewed, not signed*
