Suggestions:
- walk in cooler- some cleaning of the floor is required
- please cover the food during the storage in the walk in cooler
- floor under the dishwasher - require cleaning ( some leaks of chemical observed )
- heavy duty gloves to be clearly labelled and stored away/separate from the food and food equipment.
