Each package to include the following information: common name, net amount (g/lbs), expiry or packaged on date, list of ingredients and name/contact information of Krunchicken. Enough food storage space observed. NOTE: Sample label and packaging to be emailed to the health inspector once complete. Permit to Operate has been hand delivered at this time. Ensure to have the permit displayed at front as agreed at this time.
