Discussed COVID-19 safety precautions with operators:
- large barrier installed in front of cash register
- do not open barrier door so you can hear customer
- customer does not stand far enough from cashier at the front when door is open
- use the microphone that is already installed
- not enough space for seating unless one per table
- seats must be a minimum of 2m/6ft apart
- recommend more clear markings for where customers are to stand and wait
- observed at least 4 customers within lobby with less than 2m/6ft between them
- observed delivery drivers budging to the very front where there is not enough space to get their orders instead of waiting in line
- if staff are not from the same household, they must distance (2m/6ft) or wear a mask
