Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- All coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Walk-in freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
General food storage practices satisfactory:
- All food items stored at least 15cm off the floor.
- Dry storage area organized.
- All food items covered and protected from contamination.
QUAT sanitizer concentration in all pails = 200 ppm.
QUAT sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing dishes with 73.7 degrees Celsius, after first attempt.
Ice machine clean. Ice scoop stored on top of ice machine.
Pest control in place. No pest activity noted at the time of inspection.
