Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer spray bottle measured at 0 ppm. Large air bubbles observed in the tubing of the sanitizer dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Turn on the sanitizer dispenser until air bubbles are removed. Fill up the spray bottle with new sanitizer. Ensure that the tubing is inspected for air bubbles whenever the dispenser is used. Date to be completed by: Immediately

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Various cleaning chemicals stored on the topmost level of the shelves at the dry storage area. Beneath the chemicals are various food items.
Corrective Action(s): Move all of the cleaning chemicals away from their current storage location to an area away from food storage to avoid potential contamination of food. Date to be completed by: Immediately

-Thermometers are available for coolers and freezers
-High temperature dishwasher reached 72.2C at the plate level during the final rinse
-Quat sanitizer is available in spray bottle
-Washrooms provided to customers are clean and equipped with proper hand washing stations
