Facility produces frozen pizzas (regular and gluten-free)

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Alcosan surface sanitizer spray bottles available for surface sanitizer prior to start of operation. 3-compartment sink available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine final rinse. QUATs dispenser at dishwashing pit measured at 200ppm
Walk-in coolers measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured -18C.
Production lines measured below 10C air ambient temperature. Equipment and production room hose down with portable water, detergent, and QUATs measured at 200ppm.
QA records well maintained.
Dry storage areas in sanitary condition. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
