The entire kitchen and storage areas have been thoroughly cleaned. Good.
Township of Langley is responsible for pest control. A licensed pest control company is on contact.
Fume hood filters have been cleaned and the vent hood has been professionally serviced.
All items are now stored off the floor.

Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink.
Weather stripping has been installed under the entry door.
Ensure that at least one FOODSAFE trained food handler is on site during operating hours.

Following items are still outstanding.
1. Clean the remaining rat droppings from behind the grease trap, underneath the wash sink and from behind the grill.
2. Clean and sanitize all of the rodent affected areas with 1:10 bleach solution.
3. Bleach solution (100 ppm) must be available during working hours
4. A daily sanitation checklist must be developed and implemented outlining cleaning of equipment and areas underneath equipment and shelving.
5. Service or repair the sliding door cooler to ensure it maintains 4 c or below. Currently only used for pop and water.
