Follow-up inspection conducted to unit #109 of the warehouse. Floor plans have been received.
Storage area has been de-cluttered
Adequate lighting has been placed above the storage facility. Your storage area must be well-lit when in use
Rodent droppings have been removed
Bottom of garage door fitted with rubber seal to prevent any rodents from entering from underneath
Professional pest control company has set up mechanical traps to monitor for any rodent activity monthly. No rodents observed inside traps at time of inspection
Majority of old clutter (e.g. old refrigerators) have been removed. An old three-compartment sink is present that will be removed later today
All dry storage elevated at least 6" off the floor - good

The following still require your attention prior to beginning re-packaging operations in unit 109:
Light covers to be added to bulbs in the flour re-packaging area (or use shatter-proof light tubes)
Hand wash sink needs to be re-stocked with hot water supply, paper towel dispenser, and liquid soap dispenser
Wooden wall next to sink still needs to be painted

Ensure that these requirements are fulfilled prior to commencement of any re-packaging. Please contact the health inspector if you have any questions
