Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following observations were made to the kitchen hand washing station:
1. Paper towel dispenser was empty and no paper towels were available near the hand washing station.
2. A sanitizing pail was stored in the basin of the hand washing station.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Install a new roll of paper towel into the paper dispenser.
2. Remove the sanitizing pail from the hand washing station. Hand washing station must be free of obstruction.

209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): An open tin can of ketchup was stored inside the walk-in cooler. Food inside the tin can must be transfer into a food grade container to prevent possible leech of metal.
Corrective Action(s): Transer the ketchup into a food grade container. Do not leave food inside tin can once the can is opened.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Hot holding unit for fries was not working properly. Heating temperature measured at 30C. Discussed with the operator, currently the fries were made to order. Raw fries were kept inside the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the hot holding unit to ensure hot food can be kept at 60C or above. Correct by: Oct 9, 2019.

- Food stored off the ground.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Pest activities not observed.
- Freezer at -18C. Located at Uncle Fatih's Pizza nearby.
