Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # SMAW-CK5MPA of Oct-11-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: 1) See infraction #306 - dirty cloths lining clean dish storage surfaces. 2) Most clean dish storage shelves are quite dirty. Dirty shelves are contaminated and will contaminate your clean dishes. Correction: 1) Wash all dishes in the dishwasher before using. 2) Clean all dish storage shelves, and 3) Clean all dishes in the dishwasher before placing them back on the shelves.

Comments

Two critical infractions remain outstanding; there is only one sink plug for the two compartment sink and the hand washing sink is still not supplied with hot water. Correction order issued. Other than these two items, There is great improvement. Premise is much cleaner, cloths have been removed from most surfaces. All fridges have thermometers and are at 4 Celsius or below. No PHFs left out of the fridge. Correction order also issued for repeat infractions noted on last report.
