Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Cooler was 2C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Spray sanitizer in bottle had [Cl2] above 200ppm. Decrease the amount of bleach in the bottle as the concentration is too high (1/2 tsp. of bleach to 1 litre of water).
- General sanitation is good.
- No signs of pests. A monthly monitoring contract with a pest control company.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or pallets; in food grade containers with lids; and labelled.
- Quats ammonia sanitizer used on food equipment.
- All surfaces are in good working order.
- All in order.
