Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 11 slices of pizza were stored under hot holding light measured with an internal temperature of 40C. Time tracking for the pizza was not recorded for March 18, 19, and 20. Staff stated pizza was made half an hour ago. This is a repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): Staff to properly fill out the time tracking log as the pizza was not hot held above 60C. Future violation will result enforcement actions such as Violation Tickets.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen hand washing station was obstructed by a metal bowl on top of the basin.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the metal bowl away from hand washing station. Hand washing station must be free of obstruction at all times.
