Health permit decal was available but actual health permit missing. Hand wash station provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Line coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Display cooler was at 2-3 deg C. Freezer (back area of store) was at -18 deg C. Back storage area was in satisfactory condition. Temperature log was available and up to date.
