General Comments:

All coolers are below 4 degC
Freezers are below -18 degC; empanadas were being hot held at 70 degC.
All hand sinks are fully equipped
Dishwasher rinse has 50ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle
200ppm Quats is available in spray bottles for sanitizing
Operator has FS level 1 or equivalent certification (Expiry Sept. 26, 2026)
Discussed food storage and farmer's markets. No concerns noted.
Currently, the only other food businesses using the kitchen are Tender Naturals (approved today) and Angel Pastries (changed name from Bread Away).
