Met with Manager, and at least one person per shift holds a FS level 1 certificate
Open for lunch ( noon ) to 11pm
High temp dishwasher - reached 82 at the final rinse / or 71C at the plate ( temp sticker attached to the inspection )
Glass washer - in the pub area / supplied with chlorine ( measured at 50ppm ) and test strips are available for daily monitoring
Bleach used as approved ssanitzer

- please remove the fly trap from the food prep area / contact your pest control company for further recommendation/ the fly strips are permitted only in teh dry storage and receiving area wher the food handling is not happening.
