Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Missing working thermometer inside the undercounter cooler (by the side door).

Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All handwashing stations (two in main kitchen, two up front) supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 78.5C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer stored in designated bins throughout the kitchen at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A professional pest control company inspects the premises on a monthly basis. Pest control summary reports available and reviewed at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection. Note that FOODSAFE level 1 expires every five years. Please take the refresher course prior to expiration.
- Operating Permit posted. Post a valid decal on the Operating Permit once arrived in the mail.
