Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations, part of the 2-compartment sink and front servery area, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Refrigeration units were noted at 4C. Food were stored protected and in the proper storage hierarchy. Freezer units were noted at less than -18C. Chlorine sanitizer available. 100 ppm chlorine residual detected. High temperature dish machine noted at 190F at the temperature gauge during the rinse cycle. 78.8C at the plate level during the rinse cycle. No sign of pest activities noted during the inspection. General organization and sanitation noted satisfactory.
