Corrective Action(s): Operator changed sanitizer supply to a new bottle at time of inspection; 100 ppm chlorine residual detected on dish surface after rinse cycle.
*Purchase chlorine test strips to monitor dishwahser sanitizer concentration on a daily basis.

- All other hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Sanitizer solution in buckets were tested to be at 200 ppm (chlorine bleach)
- All coolers were measured at 4C or colder
- All freezers were measured at -18C or colder
- Hot held items were measured at 60C or hotter
- All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
- Food storage practices are good; good separation of raw and ready-to-eat food items, all food stored off the floor. *Ensure food in coolers and freezers are properly covered at the end of each day.
- Dry storage areas satisfactory. Scoops properly stored.
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Screen door in good condition.
