Follow-up inspection for report# KLAI-D3CRKU
- Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were now noted with 200 PPM chlorine residual.
- Areas noted with mouse droppings have now been cleaned and sanitized.
- Cabinet below the front handwash sink is now noted sanitary.

Outstanding violations that still require attention:
- Dried on debris still noted on the two wall shelves above the 3 ordering monitors/ screens. As per supervisor, they need to purchase a degreaser or better cleaning chemicals to do a more thorough cleaning.
- Torn door gaskets need to be replaced - to be evaluated during the next routine inspection.

During the inspection, reviewed renovation plans with the operator. Operator must submit an updated floor plan that reflects both the existing and new changes that they are proposing. Once Fraser Health's approval is received then operator may start renovation.
