Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Temperature records were up to date. The dishwasher reached 73 C at the plate level. Ensure that it is checked daily. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm. No evidence of pests. One staff member has a valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate. General sanitation was satisfactory.
