-Follow-up inspection to August 28, 2018.
-Deli slicer was found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection. Chef has reviewed with staff proper cleaning and sanitizing of deli slicer unit.
-3-compartment sink faucet has been repaired and it no longer leaking water.
-Cooler unit was being serviced at the time of inspection and was at 4C. Continue to monitor cooler unit and service as needed.
-Cooler door seals have been ordered. Walk-in cooler seals also need to be replaced.
-Chef is scheduled to take FoodSafe Level 1 today.
-One scoop was found stored in the gravy. Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner at all times.
