Back storage area: Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C. Dry storage - organized and items were stored off the floor (on shelves). Kiosk: Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Prep line coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Temperature log was available and up to date. Day was missed last week and this week. -Ensure to remind staff to write on temp log. General sanitation was satisfactory.
