209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation: 1) Most food items in the walk in/prep/upright coolers and freezers were not covered with proper lids or plastic wraps. Double stacking of food items still observed.
2) Dry food items (ie. flour, rice) stored uncovered on shelves with scoop handles touching the food items.
3) Bucket of battered pork stored directly on the floor uncovered.
4) Stainless steel bowl was stored directly on the food items (ie. raw pork).
Corrective Action(s): Cover all food items with proper lids or plastic wraps. Do not double stack food items. Do not store stainless steel bowl directly on the food. You must protect food from contamination. Repeat violations will lead to stricter enforcement and/or violation tickets.

Observation: General sanitation is very poor. No improvements have been made. Refer to report DSOG-ARRS6L for specific areas of concern.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the areas noted in the previous report. You must implement a regular cleaning schedule. Failure to improve on sanitation of the kitchen will result in stricter enforcement.

307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
Observation: Cardboard being used to line shelves. There was visible build up of grease on the cardboard.
Corrective Action(s): Cardboard is not approved to be used in the kitchen to line shelves. Discard the cardboard immediately.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-ARRS6L
- Wiping cloths are now being stored in white bucket with surface sanitizer. Surface sanitizer available at 100 ppm chlorine solution. All surface spray bottles are labeled as "sanitizer" or "detergent".
- Surface sanitizer was no longer stored in Srirracha sauce bottle or any other food bottles/containers.
- FOODSAFE certificate verified at the time of the inspection. Note: FOODSAFE certificates acquired before July 29th, 2013 expires on July 29th, 2018
