Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # FEMI-CR7RT5 of Apr-24-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: -Noted wiping rags on counters. -Clean dishware are at risk of splashing water during hand washing or drying hand (dripping water) Correction: -Wiping rags must be rinsed and store in a bucket of surface sanitizer (ie: bleach solution 100 ppm)- -Change the location Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # FEMI-CR7RT5 of Apr-24-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: -Two single sink noted, operator mentioned that dishwashing is done in this sink. -Existing dishwasher is not being used. Correction: -For manual dishwashing, 3 compartment sink must be available - 1. Wash 2. Rinse 3. Sanitize by soaking in a sanitizer for 2 minutes 4. Air dry in dish racks. -Dishwasher to be used for all dishware used in the facility - set up is not proper for manual dishwashing ( two single sink is provided only) Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # FEMI-CR7RT5 of Apr-24-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Hand washing sink was blocked at time of visit. No paper towel and liquid soap near the designagted hand washing sink noted Correction: -Hand washing sink must be accessible at all time, paper towel and liquid soap to be provided at the designagted had washign ink. Repeated violation will result in enforcement action (ie: violation ticket)

Comments

All noted issues are rectified. Dishwasher was just turned on- left a thermo-label for the operator to confirm the temp. Send a picture to the attention of the area inspector. Discussed a better hair control for the operator (Ie: hair net, pull it in a bun) No signature is obtained a time of visit, explained verbally a copy of report will be sent via email later.
