Walk-in-cooler containing pre-packaged cold potentially hazardous food (e.g. milk, eggs, yogurt, pepperoni sticks, turkey, ham, butter, etc.) was at 3.9 degrees C (4 degrees C or less) and was equipped with a thermometer.
Two ice cream freezers and one chest freezer used for food storage were at or below -18 degrees C.
Only pre-packaged food is sold on-site and it was stored on off the floor.
Handsink in the washroom was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels. |
