-dishwasher at >71C at dish
-quats at 200ppm
-temp logs maintained most days
-general sanitation good
-all temps met health requirements, technician was in repairing one cooler at time of inspection however staff had pulled all food from cooler when they noticed temperature was at not at 4C
-cooler was at 4C
-all hot holding units are >60C
-tongs and rice scoop stored in ice water
**Hood vent was supposed to be done in October. Ensure it is done regularly as per sticker on wall.
