Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher final rinse had 0ppm chlorine noted. Staff tried to prime and fixed the location of the sanitizer jug. At least 100ppm chlorine is noted on plate after. Sanitizer concentration is monitored at least 2x per day.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff uses test strips to test sanitizer concentration at least once daily.
