Report of Findings
Licensing recieved a complaint on October 05, 2022 alleging the following:

Care and Supervision:
- Inappropriate nap time practices
- Not changing children’s diapers
- Inappropriate guidance practices
- Not serving all food provided
- Children are not assisted with putting on shoes
- Parents do not have reasonable access to the facility
- Programs are combined longer than 30 minutes at the end of the day

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through interviews.
Licensing determined the following contravention:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 34(2)(a) Group Sizes and Employee to Children Ratios

Observation: It was confirmed that group size was not maintained as permitted in Schedule E.
