Bleach available to sanitize , ensure to use 1/2 tsp bleach per 1 liter of water in the rag bucket
No raw foods/meats/eggs are being kept on premises
Concession does: hot dogs, pre cooked hamburgers, garden (vegetable) bugers, precooked egg sandwiches (individually frozen and prepackaged), pizza pops (individually frozen and prepackaged), and prepackaged snacks (ie. candy, chips, etc) --> no raw food products of animal origin are allowed, none on site at time of inspection
For prepackaged egg sandwiches and pizza pops, food items are put onto a single use paper plate and placed in microwave and served directly to customer, no dishes are used for these cook/serve food items
As there is no commercial ventilation within the concession stand, products with meat produce grease leaden vapors and cannot be cooked inside the concession stand unless a commercial ventilation unit setup
All cookies are prepackaged
All single service utensils available on site (no dishes/cutlery for customers)
General sanitation good
Foods and drinks are stored off floor (>6 inches)
No signs of pests
Concession is approved to operate on condition that frigidaire freezer and QBD cooler become operational.
