-all temps met health requirements -bleach at 100ppm -dishwasher at 71C at dish -general sanitation good -no signs of pests. Pest control comes monthly. Discussed added measures that can be taken such as bin for items in dry storage, keeping items up off the floor and decluttering un-used items.
