Corrective Action(s): - This is not in accordance with the floor plan submitted & approved as the floor plan shows 3 compartment sink. Repair or replace the sinks so that there are 3 compartment sink as indicated in the floor plan. Ensure to follow manual warewashing procedure of wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry. - Premises is a retail store that sells fresh & frozen seafood, sushi grade sashimi, frozen beef. - Some seafood (Scallops, frozen fish, prawns ) are repackaged (vacuum pack) on site. - Shellfish tags are available; ensure to keep tags from last 3 months. - Handsinks (front & washroom) are fully equipped. - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200ppm. - All coolers at 4C or below. - All freezers at -18C or below. - Basement used for storing non food items only as per the operator. Operator to let the inspection know once the cooler/freezer are in use. - No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. * Ensure to keep all doors closed to prevent pest entry or install a well-fitted door screen to have the doors open for air circulation etc.
