Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle at 200ppm + (bleached test strip). Too high of concentartion of bleach will cause chemical contamination of food contact surfaces if not rinsed with water after.
Corrective Action(s): Added water to spray bottle to make 100ppm. Always follow manufacturer's directions for correct dilution.

General Observations:
-All coolers operating at < 4°C. Thermometers inside.
-Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap & paper towel
-Three-compartment sink for ware-washing
-New sign supplied for sanitizing directions
-Foods stored covered in coolers
-Foods store > 6-inches off the ground
-No signs of pests observed
-General sanitation is good.
