The owner's Foodsafe Level 1 refresher course was successfully completed and valid until January, 2024.
The area behind the cook line has been painted and the corner was covered with stainless steel.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach solution was at 100 ppm.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level.
Invoices available for all fish sold on site.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
