- Coolers (walk-in, prep, drink) ≤ 4°C
- Freezers (stand-up x2, chest) ≤ -18°C
- Pizzas are held at room temperature for 1 hour. Ensure to keep timer for holding time
- Three compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing- Manual dishwashing are done properly- Bleach in third sink>100 ppm
-Dry storage area is maintained
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
- Premise is well lit
- Permit is posted
