Follow-up Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler measured at 3'C
- Faucet on preparation sink at back has been replaced and is functioning to supply hot and cold running water
- All hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Operator mentioned that all staff has been re-trained in proper glove etiquette and frequent hand washing
- Bleach sanitizer in sanitizer buckets with wiping cloths (X2) measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- All food observed protected from contamination stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Temperature log observed maintained - good!
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained operator is available on site
