Follow-up inspection conducted: Front storage area satisfactory. Ensure all food items are stored away from non-food items. Organize/clean the area on a regular basis. However, as mentioned above, floor behind/underneath grill requires better cleaning. Only front part was cleaned. Ensure to scrub/clean floors behind/underneath and sides of grill. Last WARNING. As per progressive enforcement, failure to comply will result in issuance of Correction Order and/or Violation Ticket(s). Follow-up inspection will be conducted on Oct 6, 2017.
