Facility is in far better sanitary condition since the routine. Issues have been addressed and include the following: - Ventilation slats have been cleaned and are in excellent condition - please ensure that you run the slats through the dishwasher routinely to avoid build-up of grease - Area behind cook line has been deep-cleaned - Pest control company arrived on Tuesday to reset traps - Droppings around equipment storage room have been removed. All mechanical traps are clear of rodents - Area around dishwasher has been mopped and wiped. Holes behind dishwasher area have been patched with cement - Hand wash stations adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels Thank you for your co-operation. Ensure that your facility remains in sanitary condition by having a weekly deep-clean schedule.
