Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer in the 2 compartment sink measured with a concentration of less than 50. Solution appeared to be cloudy.
Corrective Action(s): Drill and refill the sanitizing compartment with 200 ppm quats sanitizer. Ensure to change quats sanitizer at least every 2 hours or when the solution is dirty.

Corrective Action(s): Open bags of flours should be rolled down properly to protect the flour from contamination. Staff rolled down all 3 bags.
