Routine inspection conducted. Operator intends to expand services to include meat cutting and cooking. This is not permitted in your current facility. You must submit plans for approval prior to making any changes.

Sanitation
-> Hand washing sink is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, disposable paper towels.
-> Domestic 2 comp sink is functional.
-> Bleach is available on site. Mix 5 ml of bleach with 1L of water to sanitize food contact surfaces.
-> Coolers are maintaining 4 c or below.
-> Storage shelves are stainless steal.
-> Knives and cutting board (for clipping produce) must be sanitized with a food grade sanitizer.
