Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizing spray bottle or bucket with sanitizer onsite. Food contact surfaces were not sanitized properly. This allows pathogen growth and/or their toxins.
Corrective Action(s): Fill spray bottlewith 200 ppm chlorine solution or soak wiping cloths in 200 ppm chlorine solution. Clean and sanitize food contact surfaces every 4 hours after use or when switch from raw to ready to eat products. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces immediately.
