Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CTAPLL Most of the items not needed for the premises have been removed from the facility. Areas beside the side door and walk-in cooler do look a look cleaner and less mouse droppings were observed. Violations that must be addressed: Remove the remaining cardboard used for liners off from the display cooler. Continue to remove unnecessary items off the premises to omit hiding spaces for mice. The hallway by the staff washroom still needs to be cleaned and sweep. Mouse droppings still noted in this area. After cleaning and sanitizing, please monitor the pest situation. If droppings are continued to be observed and noted during the next routine inspection and no further actions are taken to remediate the situation, increase enforcement actions may occur.
