=Handwash station stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
=Walk-in cooler (1C), dairy cooler (3C), prep cooler (2C), and domestic cooler (4C) measured < 4 degrees C
=All freezers measured < -18 degrees C
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 78.9 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing). Ensure ALL dishware is run through the dishwasher before being put away.
=Sanitizer solution at 200 ppm QUATS available from dispenser and in labelled spray bottles.
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection, with an exception of the violation noted above.
