Bulk foods area - high temp dishwasher reached 80 deg C at plate surface
Only one sink and drain board installed. Sink to be changed to 2 comp sink plus drainboard for proper ware washing.
Shelving above the sink to be installed for more storage space and air drying of bulk containers.
Bulk foods sink are to be used by bulk foods only.
Water station - cleaned and sanitized daily by staff
