Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A plastic cutting board observed to be worn out and chipped at the edges. Operator disposed of the cutting board at the time of inspection. All cutting boards are to be in good working condition. Ensure to inspect frequently and to replace when needed.

Routine inspection
- Hand washing station maintained.
- QUAT 200-400 ppm available in spray bottles as hard surface sanitizer. Bottles were properly labelled. QUAT Test paper noted.
- QUAT sanitizer utilized to sanitize dishware in 3 comp sink. Proper dishware washing and steps were discussed with employees.
- Pizza hot holding time and discard was discussed. Proper timer noted. Adequate tracking noted.
- Monitoring logs maintained. Cooling unit temperatures recorded and are up-to-date.
- Walk in cooler temperature measure at or below 4C.
- Food in Under counter coolers with insert measured at or below 4C.
- Soft drink dispenser observed to be clean and maintained.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Floor was clean and maintained. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date.
- Dry storage is to be organized. Food properly stored above the floor.
- Customer washroom maintained.
- Staff are food safe trained.
- Health permit is posted.
