Follow up inspection conducted (routine report JGUU-CCKSD4): General sanitation improvement noted. Work order is in place to block the hole behind the oven. Operator is to send a picture of wall once work is completed. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 80C at the plate level. Operator is to submit a latest pest control report.
